Tijdens het korenfestival 2016 in het concertgebouw Amsterdam hebben we verschillende nummers uit ons repertoire opgetreden. In de prachtige spiegelzaal hebben we ook het Zimbabwaanse nummer Shosholoza uitgevoerd. Door de meerstemmigheid van het nummer en de goede akoustiek van de zaal komt dit nummer goed tot zijn recht. De hele zaal is, zoals op het filmpje te zien is, tot de nok toe gevuld!
Wij worden begeleid door Karel Sleurink op de piano en Henk Schouten doet de percussie.
During the choir festival 2016 at the ‘Concertgebouw’ in Amsterdam, we performed multiple songs from our repertoire. In the beautiful so-called ‘mirror room’ we sang a Zimbabweans song Shosholoza. The three-voiced song together with the acoustics of the room made the song sound very beautiful. We had quite a big audience, the whole room was full as you can see in the video!
